IFSA has planned an English-language FRMS (Fatigue Risk Management System) course from 21 to 23 May 2024

Day 1: Tuesday, 21 May (all day)

–             Physiological aspects (Fatigue and sleep),

–             Main causes of fatigue,

–             Consequences on health, performance and flight safety,

–             Individual management of fatigue (nap, nutrition, physical activity, etc.).

Day 2: Wednesday, 22 May (all day)

–             Regulatory aspects,

–             Fatigue risk assessment and management,

–             Fatigue assessment tools,

–             Risk management and control measures.


Day 3: Thursday, 23 May (morning)

–             Implementation of a FRMS adapted to activities,

–             Testimonials on FRMS implementation.
