Flight Safety Officer (FSO)
Objectives
- Be able to implement and administer a Safety Management System (SMS) within your organisation, whatever the sector of activity.
- Have the essential knowledge covering the various aspects of safety management.
- Know how to manage the role of Flight Safety Officer or SMS Manager within your organisation, covering the tasks : advice, surveillance, analysis and safety promotion.
Audience & Prerequisites
All personnel involved in the safety management in high-risk activities and implementing the associated processes : safety system organisation, event analysis, supervision of activities and safety promotion.
Multinational course, English intermediate level (B1/B2).

- Introduction and implementation of Safety Management Systems: see leaflet (ISMS).
- Human Factors : see leaflet (HF).
- COMmunication Techniques and event
analysis : see leaflet (TCOM).
- Problems Solving and decision making techniques: see leaflet (PS).
- Safety Risk Management: see leaflet (SRM).
