Objectives
- To provide tools about teaching techniques in order to transfer efficiently the instructor’s skills and knowledge.
- to keep a pedagogical global view over class learning objectives achievement.
- to integrate and assimilate the specific Fighter Controller instructor mindset.
Audience & Prerequisites
Officers and NCOs selected to become a Fighter Controller instructor in CRC or in Training center.
English intermediate level (B1/B2).
Multinational or National course.
4 trainees.
Courses audience, duration and contents can be adapted upon specific requests.
Course content
The training covers the different steps of a complete Fighter Controller instructor training including On-Job Training and assessor:
Theoretical:
- Learning Techniques.
- Training Tools.
- Training Engineering.
- Human Factor.
Oral presentations:
To put communication techniques into practice.
Simulations:
- Demonstration method.
- Close monitoring.
- Remote monitoring.
